Sílvia Molina Molina

My vocation for telling stories, giving a voice to disadvantaged communities, and addressing human rights from a gender perspective led me to study Journalism and Corporate Communication at Blanquerna – Ramon Llull University (Barcelona).

I have worked in two communication agencies, where I covered events, edited and selected photographs and audiovisual pieces, wrote content, and managed websites. I have also worked as a freelance photojournalist for media outlets such as Social.cat, Diari El Jardí, and La Mira magazine, and collaborated with foundations such as Assís and Salud y Comunidad, both based in Catalonia.

I have taken part in group exhibitions such as “Els ulls de la Terra” (2024) and “Sostenint Futurs” (2025), both held at La Bonne – Centre de Cultura de Dones Francesca Bonnemaison; as well as “Mirar-se i Cuidar-se” (2025), at the Agustí Centelles Library, and within the framework of the Ullal Festival (2026), at Can Batlló.

In 2025, I participated as a photo assistant in the project Transpassing the Goal, held at the Brians 1 and Wad-Ras women’s penitentiary centres. It is an initiative promoted by the Setba Foundation and led by photographer Marta Fàbregas.
